On May 12, 2022, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) announced that Ms. Allison S. Johnson was appointed to the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mid Penn and its wholly owned subsidiary, Penn’s Middle Bankefficient May 11, 2022. The terms of At Mrs. Johnson’s employment were previously reported on a Form 8-K filed on March 4, 2022which Form 8-K is incorporated herein by reference.

Justin T. Webbsenior executive vice president and chief operating officer of Mid Penn, served as interim chief financial officer of February 28, 2022 until the start of At Mrs. Johnson’s job on May 11, 2022.
